A replacement rear extension with integrated landscape design and full internal refurbishment of a three storey Arts & Crafts family home situated within the Redington Frognal Conservation Area in Hampstead. Handmade ‘Darwen Terracotta’ terracotta tiles were used on the rear extension. The tiles are bevelled in the centre to create a patterned facade. A modern take on the playful vernacular architecture of the area.
