Refurbishment and upgrade of an existing semi-detached house in Hampstead Heath, NW3. Work included upgrade the external envelope to modern standards including a delicate redesign of the garden facade. The result is sensitive to the site characteristics, history and neighbours whilst also providing a contemporary and considered refurbishment. The design sought to change internal configurations to allow daylight to enter deep into the plan.
